University Credit Union Picture Cards

Terms of Use

A University Credit Union Picture Card is available to current card holders with an open CU24 Visa Check Card. If you are a current cardholder, your membership must be kept in accordance with the Cardholder Agreement and be in good standing. Your Picture Card will work and function like a regular credit or debit card and will be accepted wherever Visa credit or debit cards are accepted. University Credit Union reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any submitted picture. Examples of photographs which will be rejected include, but not limited to:

  • Professional photographs, photographs including artwork or photographs including individuals, unless you have permission from the creator of the professional photograph, the creator of the artwork, and the individuals or their legal representatives.
  • Photographs of public figures including celebrities, athletes, musicians.
  • Photographs containing provocative, offensive, inappropriate or political material.
  • Photographs with proprietary material, advertising, promotional materials, Web site addresses or competitive marketing.

By applying for the Picture Card, you give University Credit Union permission to use the photograph on the card and agree to indemnify and hold University Credit Union harmless from and against any loss, damages, liability or costs incurred by or asserted against University Credit Union caused directly or indirectly by the use of the photograph.
